HubSpot CRM Integration Overview

When the HubSpot CRM Integration is paired with our Webphone, this allows access to the following information and features:

  • Create new HubSpot contacts during active calls, in phonebooks or call history.
  • View HubSpot contact’s information during an active call, in phonebooks or call history: name, email, company, contact owner, lead status, and the last date of activity.
  • See active deals of a contact with links to them in HubSpot and a hint about the amount of these deals.
  • See active tickets of a contact with links to them in HubSpot and a hint on the status of these tickets.
  • Log calls to HubSpot and leave notes on them: both during an active call and in the call history.
