HubSpot Integration Features:
- Create new HubSpot contacts directly during active calls, from phonebooks or call history in the Webphone.
- View detailed HubSpot contact information during an active call, including name, email, company, contact owner, lead status, and last activity date.
- Access active deals and view links to them in HubSpot, along with deal amounts.
- View active tickets for a contact with links to them in HubSpot and their status.
- Log calls to HubSpot and add notes, both during an active call and in the call history.
Tall Emu Integration Features:
- View Tall Emu contact information during an active call, including name, company, and lifecycle stage.
- Access quotes, opportunities, and sales with direct links to each item.

API PBX Features:
- Integrate the API at any point in your call flow for seamless control.
- Number Mode: Redirect calls to any desired number, whether internal or external, upon request.
- Name Mode: When a call goes through the API object, an API request is made to an external web application to retrieve the caller’s name based on the caller ID. This name is then added as a SIP header and displayed on the handset.
Webhook PBX Features:
- Send webhooks from any point in the call flow, offering more flexibility compared to account-level webhooks with specific triggers.
- Receive full details of the call, including call type, caller, recipient, timestamps, and other relevant information.
Simple Pricing
All integration features are included with a single subscription. The price is dynamic and calculated based on the number of PBX users added to your account. The cost of integration is $4.40 per user. For example, if you have 7 users, the monthly cost of integration will be $30.80 ($4.40 * 7).

Frequently asked questions
Some features provided through our open integration policy apply to the entire account and cannot be linked to specific users. As a result, we are unable to offer a pricing model that allows for selecting individual users who require the integration service.
The monthly cost of integrations is dynamic. If you add or remove users from your account, the cost of the integration subscription will be automatically recalculated.
The subscription includes the entire range of integration options.
The API/Webhooks tab operates at the account level, allowing you to configure triggers and receive webhooks for all calls that match the specified criteria. In contrast, PBX objects such as APIs or Webhooks are designed for specific call flow scenarios, enabling you to select a particular point in the call flow as a trigger.
CRM integrations only work in the Webphone.
